During the meeting, Beg Sabur, speaking about the potential of mutually beneficial cooperation, expressed the hope that the start of cooperation with the Joint Stock Company “National Information Technologies” of Kazakhstan will contribute to the emergence of new opportunities for interaction in the implementation of “electronic government” in both countries. In this regard, the parties discussed ways of cooperation in the area of exchanging experience, holding joint events and other issues of mutual interest for the development of Electronic Government. Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Communication Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Joint Stock Company “National Information Technologies”. The document was signed by Beg Sabur, head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Dmitry Moon, deputy chairman of the Council of the joint-stock company “National Information Technologies”.

It is worth noting that this memorandum covers the areas and range of cooperation issues that contribute to the development of the information and communication infrastructure of “Electronic Government” in the Republic of Tajikistan.
