Tajiks successfully performed at the Infomatrix – Asia 2025 Olympiad.This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic.The competition took place in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana.The tournament was held in 9 categories: computer graphics and art, short film, hardware management, scientific and practical projects, Arduino hackathon, LEGO relay race, AI programming and AI startup hackathon.It is specified that representatives of Tajikistan were able to win 2 second and 2 third places at this IT Olympiad.”This achievement shows that Tajik youth have high potential in studying modern technologies and competing in the international arena,” the Ministry of Education noted.
The winners of these competitions will be able to receive benefits when entering the world’s leading higher professional educational institutions.Earlier, Tajiks won 18 medals in computer science at the Eurasian Olympiad.
The tournament was also held in Kazakhstan, among schoolchildren from the SCO countries. It was attended by 39 students from Tajikistan, who won 3 silver and 15 bronze medals.
