Tajikistan and the United Arab Emirates have signed a Strategic Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Artificial Intelligence.This was reported by NIAT “Khovar” with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic.It is noted that the document was signed between the Tajik Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Abu Dhabi Council for Advanced Technologies.
The aim of the programme is to accelerate research, innovation and commercialisation in the field of artificial intelligence, with a focus on national infrastructure.This agreement was formalized within the framework of the opening of the National Computing Cluster of Artificial Intelligence, as well as the Exhibition of the Artificial Intelligence Industry.The events were held under the patronage of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
Earlier it became known that classes on artificial intelligence will be held in Dushanbe schools.The pilot project has been launched since September of this year in several institutions in the city. A special working group has already been formed, which has provided directors of educational institutions with information on the impact of AI on improving students’ digital literacy.
